Payments made toward custom development, AI software implementation, automation setup, or SaaS product work are typically tied to milestone-based delivery and are not automatically refundable once work has started.

Any exception or commercial adjustment is handled only through the governing service agreement for that engagement.

If Guru IT Services offers product subscriptions or licenses, any refund terms specific to that product will be communicated separately at the time of purchase, onboarding, or contract issuance.
