Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of the Guru IT Services website, SaaS products, Chatvra, demo workflows, and related business automation services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, requesting a demo, accessing our products, or using services provided by Guru IT Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you use our products on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of that company or organization.

2. Our Products and Services

Guru IT Services provides AI automation services, SaaS products, custom AI software development, and business workflow products.

Our products include Chatvra, a WhatsApp messaging and automation workspace for business communication, customer follow-up, campaign handling, and operational messaging workflows.

Product features, availability, pricing, integrations, and technical behavior may change over time as we improve our services or respond to platform, legal, or operational requirements.

3. Website Use

You may use this website to review information about our company, products, services, policies, and contact options.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or performance, submit false information, scrape content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

4. Accounts and Business Users

If a product account is created for you or your business, you are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must ensure that your team members use the product only for authorized business purposes and in compliance with these terms, our Privacy Policy, applicable laws, and applicable platform policies.

You must provide accurate business profile, contact, support, and billing information and keep it updated.

5. WhatsApp and Meta Compliance

If you use Chatvra or any Guru IT Services product with WhatsApp Business features, you are responsible for complying with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Business Terms, Meta platform requirements, message template rules, commerce restrictions, and all applicable laws.

You may contact people on WhatsApp only where they have provided their mobile phone number and appropriate permission to receive messages from your business.

You must not confuse, deceive, mislead, spam, or surprise users with communications. Messages must be expected, relevant, and connected to the consent or customer relationship.

Outside the permitted customer service window, business-initiated WhatsApp messages must use approved message templates where required by WhatsApp/Meta rules.

If Meta, WhatsApp, a service provider, or law requires changes to your messaging practices, templates, account access, or product configuration, you agree to cooperate promptly.

6. Consent, Opt-In, and Opt-Out

Before uploading contacts, sending campaigns, starting automations, or initiating WhatsApp messages, you must have collected valid consent from each recipient where required.

Consent must clearly identify the business sending messages and should explain the type of messages a user may receive, such as support updates, service reminders, order updates, offers, product information, or other business communications.

You are responsible for maintaining proof of consent, including the source, date, method, and scope of the opt-in where needed.

You must honor opt-out, block, unsubscribe, or discontinue requests received through WhatsApp or any other channel. If a user replies STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT, or otherwise asks not to be contacted, you must stop sending non-required messages to that user.

You must not re-upload, re-message, or retarget users who have opted out unless they provide a new valid opt-in.

7. Automation and Human Support

Chatvra may support automated replies, routing, reminders, workflows, and campaign logic.

You are responsible for reviewing automation content, ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate, and making sure users can reach a human or direct support path when needed.

Automation must not be used to impersonate another business, hide the identity of the sender, create deceptive conversations, or avoid required customer support obligations.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website, products, or services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, discriminatory, deceptive, or spam-related activity.

You may not use our products to promote or facilitate prohibited or restricted goods or services in violation of applicable law, Meta/WhatsApp policies, or platform requirements.

You may not send content involving harassment, hate, exploitation, adult content, illegal products, misleading financial claims, unauthorized regulated goods, political misuse where restricted, or any content that could harm users or platform integrity.

You may not request or transmit full payment card numbers, financial account numbers, government identity numbers, or highly sensitive personal information through WhatsApp messaging workflows unless the use is lawful, secure, necessary, and permitted by platform policy.

9. Customer Data and Privacy

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect, upload, store, and use customer information in our products.

You must provide any privacy notices, disclosures, permissions, and consent required by applicable law and platform policy.

You must not use data received through WhatsApp or our products for unrelated purposes, unauthorized resale, unrelated advertising, or any purpose that violates our Privacy Policy, your own privacy commitments, applicable law, or Meta/WhatsApp requirements.

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Message Templates, Campaigns, and Content

You are responsible for the content of message templates, campaign messages, automation replies, media, files, and any customer-facing communication created or sent through our products.

Message templates may be reviewed, approved, rejected, paused, or disabled by WhatsApp/Meta or connected providers at any time.

We may refuse, remove, suspend, or restrict templates, campaigns, automations, or accounts that appear to violate law, user consent, platform policy, or responsible messaging standards.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, product descriptions, interface concepts, designs, software, and written materials are owned by Guru IT Services unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our website, products, or materials without prior written authorization.

You retain ownership of your business data and customer content, subject to the rights needed for us to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Services may be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, WhatsApp/Meta platform changes, account reviews, policy enforcement, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for security, compliance, platform compatibility, business reasons, or product improvement.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website, products, or services if we believe there is misuse, non-payment, security risk, legal risk, policy violation, platform violation, or harm to users, Guru IT Services, Meta/WhatsApp services, or third parties.

You may stop using our services at any time, subject to any active contracts, payment obligations, data retention requirements, and termination terms agreed separately.

14. Disclaimers

You are responsible for reviewing your own legal obligations, consent practices, message content, regulated industry restrictions, and platform compliance requirements before using our products.

Approval by Meta, WhatsApp, app review, template review, business verification, or any third-party provider is not guaranteed and may depend on your business, use case, documentation, content, and platform compliance.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guru IT Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the website, products, third-party services, platform changes, message delivery failures, account restrictions, or user misuse.

Any product-specific liability, warranty, support, or service commitments must be agreed in a separate written contract.
